Elizabeth G. Alexander, 77, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2013, in San Antonio. A lifelong resident of San Antonio, she was born on March 12, 1936, to Arch and Alma Gassman and was a graduate of Providence High School. For many years she worked as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her kids and grandkids whom she loved very much. She is survived by 2 sons, Nick Alexander and Arnie Alexander and wife Kim; a daughter, Pauline Ross; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; a brother, Gary J. Gassman; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:30-7:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 30, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
