To Joyce's family: Over the course of quite a few years, I was an employment associate of Joyce and Joe, at Kelly AFB. Each of them was an important contributor to the Kelly mission and workforce harmony and efficiency within the Civilian Personnel Office. I will always remember Joyce for her upbeat personality and workplace motivations, her splendid talents for efficiently getting complicated important assignments acconplished, her dedication to her work and fellow employees, and her splendid support to me, personally, during periods in which I was in managerial positions. In summary, Joyce was known as a true winner, a pleasure to have in the workforce and to be identified with.

Dear Marsha and Family Clara and I are saddened to learn of your Moher passing on. Yet, we rejoyce with you in knowing she is in a better place with her dear Joe - our friend and co-worker for many years. Mrs Fischer was my first supervisor when I entered Civil service at the Electronic Security Command. A true professional- very firm! I will always remember her. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

The moment I met Mrs.Fischer I fell in love with her. She was an amazing person. I looked forward to the weekends to sit and visit with her. She had a wonderful sense of humor and always kept Marcia on her toes. Mrs. Fischer will be missed. My prayers go out to Marcia and her family. Love,

Joyce was a wonderful woman in every sense of the word. She always had a smile for everyone. She will be missed!

I speak for Tom and Geni as well as myself as we send our heartfelt prayers and thoughts. Your mother was a very beautiful lady with a wonderful sense of humor. We pray and know God is with all of you and HE will help you through this time of grief. It is so very difficult saying goodbye to a parent so rather, "Until we meet again." Just know, Marsha, that your mother will never leave you, she will remain in your heart always and always. You carry her with you always.

Ellen Joyce was a real role model for me when I was growing up and visiting the relatives in Rockdale each summer. She was beautiful, talented, smart and kind to her gawky teen aged younger second cousin. I followed her around and must have been a pain in the neck to a young woman who was already working at a good job and who had little time for a kid like me. Ellen Joyce was always kind to me in those days. As the years went by she continued to stay in touch with me and my mother Mae Hensley Knight. She seemed to have a real love for all of her family. It is sad to say good-bye, but Ellen Joyce remains alive in my memories, and those memories as such happy ones. Love, Ruthelyce McKinney

As an Elder of Joyce's church I occasionally served her communion and visited with her. She was always eager to receive communion, because she sincerely loved the Lord.. I can vouch for the great care she received from her caregivers, and especially from her daughter, Marsha, who was always there for her....I'll miss you, Joyce.

Joyce was a wonderful person to know and love and now is with her Lord and Savior and free of pain. I have known her for at least 60 years. Juanita and I bowled, square danced, rode bicycles, and traveled together in our travel trailers with Joe and Joyce and Marsha.
