Eloy proudly served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam conflict.
He will be remembered as a warm-hearted man, a loving father, a caring husband and a wonderful brother.
He was an exceptional individual who touched the lives of all who knew him with his bigger than life personality and his lasting impact on his family, on the business community and on the people who knew him. He knew what he wanted throughout his life and he made it happen.
Eloy was the owner of his well-established flooring business in San Antonio.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Andres and Juanita Sanchez Garcia; brothers, Amador Garcia, Uvaldo Garcia and sister, Ofelia Rivas.
