Ernest loved playing basketball as well as watching basketball and football. He also loved listening to Country and Spanish music.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Maria Elena Chavez and his brother, Hector Rodriguez.
He is survived by his son, Ernest Rodriguez Jr.; daughters, Kimberlina Rodriguez, Angelyn Rodriguez and Kenzliee D'Ann Padron; father, Carlos Chavez; brother, Edward Rodriguez; sister, Guadalupe Cortez (Rosendo); Jessica Mandujano his first love; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Ernest will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
There will be a Visitation on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from beginning at 5:00 p.m. with a Chapel Service at 7:30 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237.
