Evan Andrew Lewis

Our beloved son, Evan Andrew Lewis, entered eternal life on June 22, 2021. Evan is survived by his parents, John and Michelle Lewis; the best big sister, Chandler Grace Lewis; grandparents, Wade and JoAnne Lewis, Kevin and Danette Born, and Nancy Beavers; great grandmother, Kathie Born; aunts and uncles; Wade and Maggie Lewis, Paige Born, Lauren Lewis and Jonn Kusch, Josh and Amanda Spengler, Katlin and Andrew Flores, Jennifer and Chris Telander, Rebekah and William Hegedusich, Scott Born, Blair Born, Jeremy and Brittany Spengler, and Jessica Spengler; cousins, Vivienne, Hampton, Rhiannon, Sterling, Maxamilian, Gemma, Lucia, Nathan, Wyatt, Freya, Eleanor, Grayson, Jeremiah, Dixie, Maebri, Harold, Camdin, Raelyn, and Brinley; as well as beloved extended family members and friends. Evan was truly blessed to be loved by so many.

Services will be held on Friday, July 2nd, 2021 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 8134 Blanco Rd, San Antonio, TX, 78216. The Rosary will take place at 9:30 AM with the Funeral Mass to follow at 10:00 AM. A Committal Service will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 17501 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX, 78266 at 11:45 AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Threads of Love San Antonio at threadsoflovesatx.org, a faith-based organization, dedicated to the production and distribution of clothing and care items for premature babies (living and deceased). This volunteer organization lovingly handmade Evan’s burial gown and provided his casket.
