

Evelyn Teague Price was born in Ballinger, Texas to parents Gerald Preston Teague and Ione Elizabeth Cockrell Teague and was the youngest of three girls. Evelyn was married February 4, 1942, to the love of her life, Homer L. Price in San Antonio, Texas. He died March 4, 1991. She is survived by two sons, Robert M. Price and his wife Linda of San Antonio; and David W. Price and wife Ellen Brown of Woodland Hills, CA. Her youngest son, Richard B. Price, died February 4, 2019. He is survived by his wife, Heidi Price of San Antonio, Texas.
Evelyn is also survived by a grandson, Jeffrey R. Price and his partner, Suzie Miller, four granddaughters, Jennifer Price Roberson and husband Nick, Christine Atwell, Heather Moore and husband Brian, and Amber Barnes and husband Brent. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
In addition to her passion for travel, cooking and sewing, Evelyn will be remembered by friends and family as a woman of wit, wisdom, and service. She loved hearing and telling jokes and was a master storyteller. She also loved the Lord and her church. Thank you, Lord, for letting her be with us for such a long time. Receive her into your everlasting arms.
