Floyd is survived by his children, Gary Baker, Debbie Cross, Tamsin Hudak, and Marilyn Johnson his grandchildren, Evan Baker, Sarah Baker, Doug Baker, Katie Baker, Ryan Cross, Kyle Cross, Spencer Hudak, Sterling Hudak, Chris Martinez , Kelly Rabedeau and many beautiful great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his sons, Brian Baker and Wayne Baker.
Floyd was born on April 25, 1928 in Memphis, Tennessee, to parents Allen Herman Baker Sr. and Lula Mae Baker. He graduated from Jefferson High School in San Antonio and also served in the United States Navy.
Floyd was best known for his keen business sense and was successful in many different business ventures during his lifetime.
Floyd was also an active man who enjoyed golfing, cards, travelling and motorsports for the majority of his life. His family and friends will always remember him as a very giving person with a larger than life personality.
Visitation will be on Wednesday July 27, 2016 from 6PM – 8PM at Sunset Funeral Home. A Graveside service will take place on Thursday July 28, 2016 at 11:00AM at Sunset Memorial Park.
