

She was born November 10, 1919, in Troy, Texas, to David and Dovie Thompson Finnell.
She taught Sunday school at Alamo Heights United Methodist Church and became their Director of Education. She later began working as a paraprofessional in the Alamo Heights Independent School District and then taught high risk students at Alamo Heights Junior High School.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 1st husband, Leland Harris; 2nd husband, Edgar O'Quinn; sister, Celeste Musick; and brother, Allan Finnell.
Nancy is survived by sons, Craig L. Harris and wife, Coleen of San Antonio, Texas, Robin L. Harris and wife, Tacy of Littleton, Colorado; brother, David Finnell of Hurst, Texas; niece, Gay Lytal of Bedford, Texas; grandchildren, Suzanne Hansen and husband, Peter, Jennifer Harris of San Antonio, Megan Harris of Arlington, Texas and Christopher Harris of Littleton, Colorado; great-granddaughter, Meredith Hernandez of San Antonio; several nieces and nephews.
