

He was born on September 22, 1930 to Joseph E. Dolan and Mary Gavin Dolan in Waltham, MA. Frank was a member of the Old Guard of the U.S. Army. Frank served in the Korean Conflict and participated in the inaugural parade for President Eisenhower.
After his military service he started his long professional career in the commercial flooring industry. Frank began with B.F. Goodrich Company and after nine years joined Azrock/DOMCO/TARKETT. He retired as Executive Vice President after 34 years. Following retirement, Frank became a consultant for TARKETT until the time of his death. He loved traveling, dancing, was an avid reader, was a fan of the Boston Red Sox and San Antonio Spurs. Frank was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Elizabeth Dolan.
Frank is survived by his wife, Barbara Dolan, his children, Robert Dolan and wife, Ruth, James Dolan, John Dolan and wife, Patricia, Rebecca Dolan and husband, Steve Bratina, Mary Hatley and husband, Bill, Kim Austin and wife, Celina Garcia and Jeff Austin; 10 grandchildren; Jake, Melissa, Bill, Chris, Daniel, Ryan, Brady, Michael, Jessica and Michelle; seven great-grandchildren; Danielle, Jordan, Sarah, Sally, Caileigh, Connor and Liam.
Visitation will be Friday, July 1, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Porter Loring Mortuary North. Service will be held Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 202 W Kronkosky St, Boerne, TX 78006.
Interment at Mission Burial Park North.
