Frank honorably served his country in the USAF and carried a special place in his heart for US veteran organizations. His kindness was often demonstrated in his giving back to the community. Frank was extremely proud that he began Casteel Mfg., Inc. from scratch. In December 2015, he proudly celebrated his 35th year in business.
Frank is survived by his wife, Maria A. Castillo; children: Patty Castillo; Alex Castillo and wife, Cindy; Carlos Castillo and wife, Sylvia; step-children: Frankie and Marco Contreras and wife, Ede; 12 grandchildren; brothers: Oscar and Jaime Castillo; sisters: Emma Bedoy, Socorro Bustos and Hilda Rozier; brother-in-law, Flavio Morales; numerous nieces and nephews along with many wonderful friends and neighbors.

Visitation-Friday, April 15th from 4:00pm to 9:00pm at Porter Loring with a Rosary at 7:30pm.
Service, Saturday, April 16th at 12:00pm at Porter Loring with interment in First Memorial Park Cemetery.
