He was born in Boston, Massachusetts on April 19, 1927, Patriots Day. Frank was a WWII Navy veteran, real estate broker and petroleum landman.
Mr. Spellman was Past President of "The Oblate Associates", past member of the Board of "The Guadalupe Community Center", and member of the Oil and Gas Landman's Association.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin H. Spellman, M.D. and Louise Norris Spellman, and uncle, Francis Cardinal Spellman.
He is survived by his wife, Naomi Pat Rabel Spellman; daughter, Patricia Spellman Kassner and husband, Harvey; grandchildren, Kristen Noel Kassner and Kevin Spellman Kassner; brother, Robert M. Spellman, M.D. and wife, Patricia; sister, Kathleeen M. Spellman, M.D.
