Frank attended Catholic schools and excelled in mathematics. He graduated from UMass and MIT with degrees in electrical and computer engineering. Frank served his country proudly for 36 years, first as an Army Signal Corps officer, then as a GS-15 intelligence officer at Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington, DC. He was assigned to positions all over the US, including Alaska, The Pentagon, ARPERCEN, and Ft. Hood.
He served in Korea twice, and there he met his wife, Barbara, who was serving there also.
Many thanks to all Frank's caregivers and doctors, especially Drs. Moszkowicz, Fish, Bell, Goff, Shulman and Trujillo, for their compassionate care, as well as Morningside Manor, the ARC Health Care Staff, and finally Heart to Heart Hospice for their loving care of both him and Barbara during his last days.
