

Mr. Frank R. Zertuche, Jr., of San Antonio, went to be with his Lord November 3, 2013, at the age of 76. He was born in San Antonio to Frank and Eloise Zertuche, Sr. Mr. Zertuche served in the United States Air Force and was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was a registered nurse and a medical volunteer for the Bexar County Sheriff Department. Mr. Zertuche was also a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus.
Mr. Zertuche is survived by his wife, Olivia Zertuche; children, James (Linda) Zertuche, Larry Zertuche, Betty (David) Munoz, Randy (Mary Alice) Sanchez, Priscilla Hurt and Michael Sanchez; 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; siblings, Helen (Lionel) Montez, Esther (Alfred) Elizondo, Sylvia (Fermin) Guzman and Victor (Elena) Minjares; and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and son, Mark Anthony Zertuche.
A visitation with the family will be held from 6:00-9:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 12, 2013, with a rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road. A mass of resurrection will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 13, 2013, at St. Anthony Mary Claret Catholic Church with Monsignor Albert Hubertus officiating. Interment will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
