He is survived by his loving wife, Eloisa Clack; daughter, Muriel Clack; daughter, Catherine Clack; son, Ronald Clack; daughter, Sandra Espinosa; daughter, Maribel Espinosa; daughter, Maritza Espinosa; grandchildren, Shani Clack, Paris Clack and Jagan Cortez; mother, Teresa Clack; brother, Clyde Clack and wife, Aurelia; nephews, Michael Clack and wife, Felecia; Mark Clack and wife, Patricia; grandnephews, Kevin and Brandon Clack; great niece, Zion Clack; cousins, John D. Matthews, Bettye Phillips and Ella Mae Glover; and a loving extended family.
