Fred Davila

Fred Davila was called home to be with the Lord, on June 19, 2015 at the age of 89. He is preceded in death by his siblings Emma Ramirez, Raul Davila, Oscar Davila and parents Luz & Manuel Davila. He was a veteran in the U.S. Army. Fred was survived by his loving wife, of 68 years of marriage, Olivia C. Davila, daughter Mary Lou Martinez (Eloy), son Robert Davila, grandchildren; Joshua Robert Davila (Stephanie), Melody Nicole Davila (Michael Salinas), Jannice Herrick, great grandchildren; Jonathan West Herrick, Emilee Jayne Herrick-Cummings (Adrian ), Hannah Joy Herrick, Damien Michael Salinas, Nicholas Joshua Davila, Julia Olivia Davila, great-great grandchild Patricia Olivia Cummings, sisters Consuelo Davila Ybarra, Elizabeth Davila Juarez, Dolores Davila and brother Manuel Davila Jr.. A visitation will begin on Monday, June 29, 2015 at 5:00 pm at Trevino Funeral Home 226 Cupples Rd. with a Prayer Service to begin at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 after 11:00 a.m. Chapel Service with Interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
