The world got to experience a unique, talented and colorful businessman in about 75 locations over his career, his last being Rockport, TX. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Margarite Mueller Shockley, Albert Pierce Meredith and William Shockley; brother, Dale Meredith; and sister, Denise Meredith. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Page; sons, Richard Meredith, LTC Christopher Meredith (Georgina), Adam Page-Meredith; daughter, Melinda Meredith Marino (Bob); grandchildren, John and Matthew Meredith, Vander and Harper Marino; brothers, Bruce Meredith, Joey Shockley; and sisters, Twyla and Becky Shockley.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a service conducted at 7:00 p.m. in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will be held in Carrabelle, FL., where he will join his brother, Dale Meredith. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Peter Bug Shoe and Leather Repair Academy, 1320 E.
