Hay was born and schooled in Pennsylvania in 1925. She was a member of St. Marks Episcopal Church since 1949, past president and life member of the Texas Pharmaceutical Association, Auxiliary member of the San Antonio Symphony League, Beta Sigma Phi for 50 years, San Antonio Federation of Woman's Club.
Mrs. Hay was a Blue Bird at the Methodist Hospital, a member of the Alamo Area Stroke Club and the RIOSA Stroke Club.
She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Rosemary Parrish Durica; son, Richard H. Parrish; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister, Ethel K. Pullen.
A reception to follow funeral services at the church hall.
