George M De Leon

George M De Leon joined our Heavenly Father on November 8, 2022. Born on May 5, 1954 to Anselmo and Catalina De Leon, who preceded him in death. George was also preceded in death by his older brother Steve DeLeon.

George recently retired from AT&T after 30 years of service. He enjoyed golfing, coaching, cooking and spending time with his beloved family. In 2016, George survived a kidney transplant and he enjoyed volunteering and speaking about the importance of organ donation.

George was a loving husband, proud father, caring brother, supportive uncle, doting God-father and loyal friend to many. He is survived by his wife Norma Jean DeLeon, daughter Vanessa Monique DeLeon and son Stephen Rey DeLeon; sisters Grace DeLeon, Sylvia DeLeon-San Miguel (Oscar); brother Edward DeLeon (Julie); mother-in-law Maria Vasquez; sister-in-laws Janie DeLeon, Cindy DeLaO (Tony), Velma Navejar (Rick), Veronica Halderman (Peter), Stephanie Williams (Harold) and numerous nieces and nephews.
