CDR. Gerald Lee Cook, USN (RETD.), 80, went to be with our Lord and Savior on June 28, 2014. Jerry was born on August 16, 1933 in Madison, Missouri to Frank and Jo Cook. He served our country honorably in the U.S. Air Force and later served in the U.S. Navy as a Chaplain for over 25 years. Jerry is survived by his: loving wife of 43 years, Donna Cook; son, Gerald Cook II; brother, Frank and his wife Sally Cook; sister in-law, Betty and her husband Don Carney; and several nieces and nephews who loved him. He will be laid to rest and will have a private graveside service at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
