Gladys Anna Slavik Collins, also known as Toni, a resident of Air Force Village II, died 29 January 2015. The daughter of Anton John Slavik and Mary Vrba Slavik, she was born, raised, educated and married in eastern Nebraska. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two sisters. Gladys is survived by her husband Dr. (Col) Warren E. Collins, DVM; her son Dr. (Col) Terry Leigh Collins, MD and his wife, Dr. Gladys S. Collins, MD; 3 nieces, 3 nephews and their children.
There will be no Memorial Services for Gladys. She will be interred in the Fort Sam Houston Columbarium.
