Glenn was a member of Forest Hills Presbyterian Church and former member of Beacon Hill Presbyterian Church. After completing his GED in San Antonio, he went on to attend Bethel College in Tennessee and then to Presbyterian Seminary.
Glenn loved people, life, and the Lord. His ministry was to rural churches in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Texas in the Cumberland Presbyterian faith. After his eye sight was too poor to continue as a church pastor, Glenn started a cabinet and store fixture business in San Antonio, Power Store Fixtures, which he had for 32 years.
After closing the business in 1991, he continued to craft furniture and many beautiful things even when blind. He also enjoyed his many mission trips with Trinity Baptist Church.
