Gloria Saucier Calvert

Gloria Saucier Calvert, age 71, of San Antonio, died Thursday, June 26, 2014. Gloria graduated from Sidney Lanier High School class of 1961. She attended Durham Business College 1961-1962. Gloria worked for San Antonio Bank and Trust as a Banking officer in the Trust Department.

She loved traveling extensively throughout the world - Russia, England, Egypt, Dubai, France, Africa, Mexico; dancing, gardening and enjoyed family and friend's gatherings. Gloria could light up a room with her beautiful smile and warm personality.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David R. Calvert; parents George M. Saucier and Rosaura Vann; brother, Kenneth G. Vann; Grandmother Angelita Lozano Cantu and numerous other relatives.

She is survived by her aunt Rosalinda C. Keiser, her daughter, Laura Zipprich; son-in-law, Doug Zipprich; grandchildren, Lee Anne Zipprich, and Sean Lane Zipprich; step-children, step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren; sisters, Virginia and husband Tony Jimenez, and Patricia A. Saucier; brother, George M. Saucier; sister-in-law, Yvonne V. Vann; brothers-in-law, James Calvert, Jonathan Calvert, Richard Calvert and sisters-in-law; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives; and a special dear friend, Richard Moore.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Porter Loring on McCullough.
