Gloria June Hunter

Gloria June Hunter, age 81, passed away November 26, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on November 12, 1937 in Silver Creek, Mississippi to Robert and Mattie Polk Evans. She is survived by her son, John E. Hunter and wife Nancy; daughter, Linda June Huckaby and husband Benjamin; grandchildren, Philip David Hunter, Jessica Lynne Gavin and Kirsten Suzanne Huckaby; great-grandson, Nicholas Hunter Elliotte Costas; sister-in-law, Barbara Sue Hunter McDillill; brother-in-law, Jimmy McDill; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road, San Antonio, Texas 78238 on Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. A graveside service will be celebrated on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 9:30 A.M. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
