Gloria G. Perez

She was born January 20, 1951 in San Antonio. Gloria was a 1969 graduate of Memorial High School. She worked in the medical field as the office manager for 27 years. During this time she was married to Gilbert Perez and they raised their two daughters until Gilbert's death in 2000. Through mutual friends she met Raymond Fernandez and they remained together until her death.

Gloria loved shopping, baking, decorating, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren, whom she loved so dearly. She had a generous spirit and will be surely missed by those whose lives she touched.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Perez.

Gloria is survived by her husband, Raymond Fernandez; daughters, Veronica De La Garza and husband Joseph, Kimberly Pollard and husband Glen; 13 grandchildren, brothers, Larry, Michael and Albert W. Garza; sister, Dora Flores; and her parents, Albert and Ramona Garza.
