

Gordon W. Pringle passed away on Saturday, March 13th, 2021 at his home in Spring Branch Texas, after a courageous battle with Glioblastoma 4. He was born on Sunday June 22, 1969 in La Habra, California.
Gordon considered himself a modern-day nomad growing up in a military family living both stateside and abroad. After graduating from Torrejon High School in Madrid, Spain he started his own military service in 1987 joining the Air Force. He eventually joined the Army where he was a SSG (ABN) Tactical Communications NCO, attached to 10th Special Forces Group. After being deployed to Korea, Kosovo and then serving in Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) He ended his military career in 2004 at Ft. Carson in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Gordon’s passion afterwards was anything outdoors; he loved plants, trees and working in the yard. He was a talented artist with floral arrangements.
He was preceded in death by his “airborne girl” Amanda Pringle. Gordon is survived by his wife of 15 years Sharrilyn Pringle; children Dani Cupp, Brittany Swick (John), Joshua Pringle, Cierra Reeves and Cobe “The Rocket” Reeves; as well as 8 grandchildren; parents Patricia and Kyle Pringle; sister, Sheila Pringle; mother and father-in-law, Sharron and Ines Perez, several aunts, Uncles, cousins and a lifetime of friends.
Due to the ongoing pandemic these services were held privately, however while flowers are welcome those who would like to make a charitable contribution in Gordon’s memory be made to The Brain Tumor Association www.abta.org or The Wounded Warrior Project www.wwp.org.
