He was born March 17, 1953 in Dallas, Texas to Gordon and Melba Jean Winfield. He graduated from high school in Florida and received his college degree in Music Education from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Page was a corporate pilot for over 30 years with Killam and Hurd. He loved bluegrass music, collecting musical instruments, and his Barracuda car.
Page loved to mentor and teach younger pilots. When not flying professionally, he and Cathy loved to travel. He will be missed by his family and numerous friends.
Page was preceded in death by his father, Gordon Elliott Winfield.
He is survived by his loving wife, Cathryn Coulter Winfield; mother, Melba Jean Winfield; sister, Janis Parks and husband Robert; nephew, Clint Parks; and niece, Molly Ward and husband Aaron.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:30 P.M., Saturday, October 30, 2010, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
