She was born August 25, 1926, in Honolulu, Hawaii, to the late Vincente and Christina Ortiz.
Helen loved life, dancing and her family meant everything to her. A wonderfully loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, Helen, will greatly be missed by all who loved and knew her.
Helen is survived by her beloved husband of 44 years, Carl Collinge; children, Betty Lou Hayes and husband, John, Patricia Moore, Beverly Allen, Joelette Jacobson and husband, Jake, Joseph Freitas and wife, Mary and Baron Collinge; 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild; 9 siblings; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Peaches.
