Herschell Randolph Bland II, age 58, passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born in San Antonio on December 5, 1956 to parents, Herschell and Ingrid Bland. He graduated from Midwestern State University and began his military career. After 21 years of service, he retired as Lt Col. in San Antonio, TX. Randy loved flyfishing, shooting, and his church family.
His greatest passion was being a Poppy to his five grandkids.
Randy is survived by his wife, Cindy Bland; his sons, Jason Bland and wife, April and Chris Bland and wife, Amanda; grandchildren, Ciera, Chase, Cassi, Cydni and William; parents, Herschell and Ingrid Bland; brother, Michael Bland and wife, Deborah.
