Horacio Flores Jr. age 64, passed away April 20, 2014 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on January 4, 1950 in Alvin, Texas to Horacio and Rebecca Flores. He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 22 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Magrilio Flores. Horacio is survived by his wife of 41 years, Diana P. Flores; daughter, Marisa Noelle Flores and husband Cesar Mascorro Jr.; grandsons, Jackson Daniel Kwiatkowski and Cristian Horacio Mascorro; brothers, Joe Flores and wife DeDe, Frank Flores and wife Anna; sisters, Maria Flores, Margaret Ortiz and husband Ernesto, Mercedes Vasquez and husband Bob; numerous niece, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Bandera Road on Sunday, April 27, 2014 from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with an evening prayer service at 7:00 P.M. A funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 P.M. Monday, April 28, 2014 at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 6800 Tezel Road. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with Air Force military honors.
