Ilse Marie McGinnis, age 93, passed away August 30, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on August 6, 1927 to Ernst Josef and Emilie Silber. She is survived by her daughters, Susan Vestal and Renate Safford; sons, Gary McGinnis, Bob McGinnis and Keith McGinnis; Sister, Renate Rank, Brother, Hans Silber.
