Indalecio Rodriguez

Andy attended Luling High School. His first job was delivering furniture, where he learned to install floors. He worked as a flooring installer in schools, hospitals, and homes for 28 years. He married Cecilia Flores on Sept. 29, 1956 in Luling, TX. He enjoyed gardening, reading the newspaper, cooking barbeque, and discussing current worldwide events. He was an active member of the church, La Luz del Mundo (The Light of the World) for 40 years. He will be remembered by his great faith in the Lord and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his siblings: brothers Jesus, Jose, Jaime, Margarito, and sisters, Maria Ayala and Estela Gomez. Andy is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Cecilia Rodriguez; 2 sons, Victor & Elida Rodriguez, and Ray & Karen Rodriguez; 2 daughters, Carmen Diane & Raymond Canant, and Raquel & Gabriel Guerra. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren, Marissa, Philip, Nicholas, Katarina, Alex, Eli, Matthew, and Briana; and 5 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive guests at Sunset Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 21 at 6:00pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 22 at 9:00am with burial at Sunset Memorial Park.
