
Irma Claudio, born on April 30, 1954 in San Antonio, TX was called to be with the Lord on March 5, 2017 at the age 62. She was a 1972 graduate of Edison High School and retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company after 30 years of service. She was member of St. Matthew’s Catholic Church and the Guadalupanas Society, The Legion of Mary and The Low Vision Group. She loved to garden, bake, and sew. She enjoyed going on trips to the Gulf Coast, but most of all she loved motorcycle riding with her late husband, Antonio Francisco Claudio Sr. who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her daughter, Natasha Marie Alvarado; brother, Raul Valentin Garza. She is survived by her son, Raul Claudio and his wife, Kristie Marie Claudio; grandson, Gael Antonio Claudio; parents, Raul and Lauratina Garza; sisters, Laura Garza, Sandra Perales and Brenda Garza; brother, John Edward Garza; also, numerous nieces and nephews. The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday March 12, 2017 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Procession will depart from the funeral home on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, 10703 Wurzbach,San Antonio, TX 78230. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Park, Converse,TX.
