James D. Boatman, age 74, passed away September 27, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas.
James was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas.
He graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in Civil Engineering. He worked for the Civil Service at Fort Hood, Texas for many years and retired from there.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Kay, in 2021.
