James Crumm

Clifton James Crumm II, age 75, passed away December 1, 2018 in Odessa, TX. He was born on September 12, 1943 in Des Moines, Iowa to Clifton and Frances Crumm. He was a loving son, husband, brother and friend who will be dearly missed.

James was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Kathryn Pluenneke Crumm, his sister Candace (Mrs. Benjamin) Allbright of Bryson City, NC, his niece Heidi Nicole (Mrs. Christopher) Pitts of Reno, NV and his nephew Christopher Allbright of Denton, TX.

Mr. Crumm, who received his Bachelor of Engineering Sciences from Trinity University in San Antonio, was employed by Dow Chemical for 16 years followed by a very accomplished career with Foster Wheeler from 1980 to 2007. Among his international responsibilities was the Venezuelan Sincor Project.

Visitation will be from 10- 11 AM Tuesday December 11, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home and will be followed by a Graveside Committal Service at 11:30 AM at Sunset Memorial Park.
