Jane Moore Bomer, age 90, passed away peacefully in hospice care on Thursday, July 4th 2019 in Houston, TX. Jane was born March 12, 1929 to Rawlins and Hannah Moore in Brownsville, TN. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and loyal friend that will be dearly missed.
Jane devoted everything of her being to caring for her family. She had a sweet Christian spirit, was a loyal servant of God and mighty prayer warrior. She was a longtime member of Northeast Baptist Church of San Antonio where she shared her gift of faith with so many of its children and their families.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband John of 68 years. She is survived by her children John Bomer IV & wife Sissy of Klein, TX, Dan Bomer & wife Gail of West Memphis, AR, Dixie Neal Altman & husband Chuck of North Richland Hills, TX and Becky Madsen & husband Robert of Taylor, TX and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 10 a.m., Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Northeast Baptist Church, 2930 MacArthur View, San Antonio, TX 78217 followed by an 11 a.m. funeral Service. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Children’s Ministry at Northeast Baptist Church.
