

Jane Kroeger Kinkler, precious and deeply loved Mother, Grandmother and Great- Grandmother, passed into peace in the hands of God on Sunday, December 9, 2007, at the age of 93. Born to William and Amanda Kroeger in San Antonio, Texas, on September 14, 1914,
Jane was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ernest Sterling Kinkler and her brother, William Kroeger. Jane Mimi Kinkler was with many of her family and in the hearts of her family members and friends at the time of her death in San Antonio.
She is survived by her loving children, a daughter Amanda Kinkler Barber Cress of Cincinnati, Ohio, and a son Ernest Sterling Kinkler Jr. Linda of San Antonio; her beloved Grandchildren, Melissa Barber Butson Chris of Cleveland, Ohio; Matthew Barber of Cincinnati; Kerry Wingenter Ron, Mindy Thompson Scott and Lori Kinkler of San Antonio; and her Great Grandchildren Brennan, Lexie, Grace, Trinity, Noah, Asher and another due in 2008.
Jane was a retired teacher from NEISD; a lifelong member of the Laurel Heights United Methodist Church, active in Super Adults; a member of the American Contract Bridge League, the American Association of University Women and NSARTA.
Her enthusiastic love of family, faith, education, charity and life will live on in those who will always love, respect and miss her.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests a memorial contribution to the Laurel Heights United Methodist Church, NESA or a charity of your choice.
