Janie "Juanita" Farias

Janie (Juanita) Farias born in San Antonio, TX went to be with the Lord at the age of 83. She had a 6th grade education and worked as a seamstress all her life. She belong to Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 617 S. Santa Rosa, San Antonio, TX 78204 for many years. She was very involved in the church and belonged to various Organizations. Mrs. Farias is survived by her Daughter Maria A Perez (Armando); Granddaughters, Shirley A Perez, Crystal L Haywood (Ketrick); Great Grandchildren, Mya Olivia, Carmen Mercedes, and Ketrick Leon Haywood Jr. Her four brothers, Ricardo Vasquez Lozano, Juan Vasquez Lozano Jr., Antonio Vasquez Lozano and Guadalupe Vasquez Lozano. Son, Jorge Ricardo Farias; Grandchildren, Michelle Valdez & Jorge Farias; Brother -in -Law Rudy Farias & Antonia Farias; Step Daughter Rosario Paredez (Family) and several nieces & nephews. Visitations will be held on Wednesday, July 18th from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00PM at Del Angel Trevino Funeral, 226 Cupples Rd (210-434-0595). A procession will depart the funeral at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, July 19th for a 9:30a.m. Mass at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Interment will follow in San Fernando No. 2 Cemetery, 746 Castroville Rd.
