He is survived by his parents, Leonard and Sherry Sly; brother, Leonard J. Sly Jr.; Fiancé, Erica Parras; daughter, Sydney Rose Sly; grandmother, Barbara J. Watlington; grandfather, Willard L. Sensiba; grandmother, Sallie Sensiba; nieces and nephews and extended family members. A memorial service will be celebrated at 2:00 P.M.
