Jeffrey Gough

Jeff Gough passed away in the early morning hours of Thursday August 10, 2023 at the age of 82. He spent his final days at his home of 50 years surrounded by his loved ones. He was preceded in death by his wife of over 37 years, Peggy, his sister Jane and his parents Jeff and Mary. He is survived by his daughter Tiffany, son Mike, daughter-in-law Nellie and grandson Desi, sister Mary, brother and sister-in-law Bill and Linda, numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.

He loved building things big and small and spent his “retirement” volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and building or fixing things for friends and family. He enjoyed trains, fire engines and steam engines, nature and anything that got him outdoors. He always had to be doing something active and kept moving right up to his final days.

Family was the most important thing to him and he never missed an opportunity to show he cared, give someone a call or spend some time together. He will be greatly missed by many but we are comforted by the fact that he is finally reunited with our Mom.

Visitation will be on Friday August 18, 2023 at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Rd, San Antonio, Tx 78238, beginning at 9:30am with a memorial service to follow at 11am.
