Jerome Joseph Muniak

Lt. Col. Retired, U.S.A.F., Jerome Joseph Muniak, age 69, passed away August 27, 2018 in Helotes Texas surrounded by his loving family. He was born in North Tonawanda, New York on November 7, 1948 to Joseph and Louise Muniak. Lt. Col. Muniak retired after many years of dedicated and love for his country. He is survived by his wife Shirley Muniak; daughters, Louise McMahon and husband Stacy, Carrie Muniak; grandchildren, Addison White and Daniel McMahon; mother, Louise Czaczkowski Muniak; brother, Robert Muniak and wife Rosellen; nieces and nephews and a host of friends. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 13715 Riggs Road, Helotes, Texas 78203. A graveside service will follow at 1:45 P.M. at Fort Sam Houston National cemetery with A.F. military honors.
