Jesse "Speedy" Espiridion Arenas II

Our beloved Jesus Espiridion “Jesse/Speedy” Arenas II, born on October 4, 1974, returned to Our Lord on November 30, 2017. Preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Isabel “Chavel” & Alejandra Villanueva Zamarripa; paternal grandmother Maria De Los Angeles Arenas Alaniz. Survived by Father Jesus Arenas Sr.; Mother Yolanda Zamarripa Arenas, Wife Tiffany Haston Arenas; Daughter Isabella Marie; Sister Gracie Arenas Strittmatter (Willem); Brother Gabriel Eduardo Arenas (Katy); 2 nephews, 2 nieces, many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, friends, and coworkers. Jesse had worked at Fiesta Texas, Sea World, San Antonio College, SA Sound & Light, Incarnate Word, OLLU, and various concerts/events in San Antonio. He was always industrious and creatively resourceful. Things he enjoyed most were playing video games with daughter Isabella, technology, theatre, music (80’s especially), concerts, movies, eating, Chinese, Mexican, BBQ, and more eating. His cheerfulness, laughter, helpfulness, & positive energy will be greatly missed. Visitation is Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Trevino Funeral Home on Cupples Road from 5:00pm-9:00pm. Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm. Mass on Thursday December 7, 2017 at Our Lady of the Lake’s Sacred Heart Conventual Chapel at 11:00 am. Services conclude after Mass.
