Jesusa R. Alarcón born on December 24, 1922 in Dilley, TX went to be with the Lord on November 1, 2011 at the age of 88. She was devout parishioner of St. John Berchmans’ Catholic Church since 1967. She is preceded in death by her husband, Elpidio Alarcón. Mrs. Alarcón is survived by a daughter, Maria L. Brooks; son, Rick Alarcón and wife, Delores; grandchildren, Laura Ann Brooks and husband, Ben; Ricardo Alarcón, Jr., and Gabriel Michael Alarcón; also, other family members and friends. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Monday, November 7, 2011 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. followed by a 7:00 p.m. Rosary to be recited that same evening. A funeral procession will depart from the funeral home at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 8, 2011 for a 1:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John Berchmans’ Catholic Church.
