Joe F. Arciniega

Joe retired in 1987 from Kelly AFB as a Civil Service Computer Programmer after 33 years.

In his retirement years, Joe enjoyed traveling with his wife and spending time with his family and friends.

Joe is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Gloria Arciniega; children Linda Fulgham and husband Larry; Sharon Balsinger and husband Stephen; Richard Arciniega and wife Kelley. Grandchildren Elizabeth and husband Jayson Garcia (Tristan and Everett Garcia), Brandon Hopkins, Cassandra Fulgham, Caroline Fulgham, Macen Arciniega, Maxx Arciniega, Sara and husband Josh Cassey (Emma), and Bryan Balsinger. Joe has one surviving sister, Gloria Gonzales who resides in San Antonio.
