Joe D. Garza born on July 30, 1930 in San Antonio, Texas was called to be with our Lord on January 31, 2016. At the age of 85, he was preceded in death by his wife Maria R. Garza. Surviving relatives, his son Richard Garza and his sister Maria Flores. Grandchildren are Rick Garza Jr., Meagan Leeanne Ura and Joshua A Garcia. Also surviving three great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Monday February 8th, 2016 at Trevino Funeral Home on Cupples rd. Visitation begins at 6:00 pm. with a talk gathering at 7:00 pm. A procession will be departing the funeral home at 8:00 am on Tuesday, February 9th, 2016 for a 8:30am mass at St Jude Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 10am.
