Post military service, John found solace on the road, where he became a respected truck driver, known for his dependability and the friendships he built across the country. Later in life, John’s spiritual quest led him to embrace Judaism, adding depth to his character and bringing him peace and fulfillment.
John was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Judy Jeschke who passed in 2016. He leaves behind his daughters, Rhonda Justice, Rachael Conrad, and Mary Catherine Jeschke; son, Mark Malone and wife Mary; as well as a host of friends and fellow veterans. John had 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren whom he adored. Those who knew him will remember his resilience, his unwavering spirit and for telling the most wonderful tales of the scriptures to his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren
