He was born December 24, 1946 in Los Angeles, California to Charles and Maxine Rowe.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and son. John served his country with the United States Air Force in the Vietnam War. He was the manager of Bethel Steel for ten years. For the past twenty years, John has been in the cabinetry business, he also owned an antique shop with his wife Kay. John loved his family and friends and did his best to make everyone feel welcomed and well fed in his home. He often went out of his way to be a friend and mentor to his sons and grandchildren. He shared his love of gardening and landscaping with his wife. John enjoyed his time alone riding his Harley in the Hill Country.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Rowe and his brother, Gary Rowe.
He is survived by his wife, D. Kay Rowe; mother, Maxine Rowe; sons, Chuck Rowe and his wife Robin and Ryan Cannon and his wife Susan; grandchildren, John, Charles, James, Cadence and Cody and his brother, Charles E. Rowe.
