Johnnie M. Gant, age 80, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2006. She was born and spent her early life in Midland City, Alabama and for the past 40 years has been a resident of San Antonio.
Johnnie is survived by her beloved husband, Bunny Gant; daughter, Susan Croft and husband, Mike; son, George Gant and wife, Sharon; 6 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Alma Pawlowicz and Francis Martin; numerous nieces and nephews and many close relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials may be made to Jefferson Methodist Church, 758 Donaldson, San Antonio, TX 78201.
