Johnny graduated from Brackenridge High School in 1962. He served his country in the U.S.A.F. Johnny was devoted to his family and friends, and was a kind hearted, one of a kind man.
He volunteered for church activities at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church and was involved for many years with St. Margaret Mary Catholic Youth Organization as a girls' basketball coach.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle A. Sandoval; parents, Juan Sandoval Sr and Patsy V. Lovett; and his brother, Rudy Sandoval.
He is survived by his brothers, Aaron Zepeda and wife Brenda, Joe Morrison Sr and wife Erlinda, and Richard V. Munoz and wife Gloria; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 5:00 pm at Porter Loring on McCullough with a Rosary at 7:00 pm.
Funeral Service Friday, November 18, 2016, 9:30 am at Porter Loring Chapel.
Interment in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
