My beloved son, brother, uncle and friend, Johnny M. Tijerina, Jr., age 31, passed away peacefully with his family at his bedside. Affectionately known as "Jay", his love and devotion to his sisters and brother was unsurpassed. He relished in the independence of being on his own in the surroundings of the Austin scene.
He is preceded in death by his father, Johnny M. Tijerina and is survived by his beloved mother, Norma Tijerina; his sisters: Kimberly Rendon (Jerry) and Justine Marmolejo; his brother, Christopher Tijerina (Lori Ramos); nephews Mason Rendon, Camron Rendon, Josiah Rendon and Jonas Rendon, Grandmother Tina Garza and numerous relatives and friends.
Jay was particularly fond of his pets Azora and DaVinci.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 24th in the chapel at Porter Loring on McCullough beginning at 5:00 PM.
