Jordon Edward Hammond

Jordon Edward Hammond, age 30, passed away on Friday, October 7, 2022, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born January 5, 1992, in Thousand Oaks, California to Cindy Abroms Hammond and Daniel William Hammond.

Jordon graduated from Thousand Oaks High School in 2010 and went on to enlist in the United States Army. He spent time in Germany and was honorably discharged in 2016 as a Sergeant. From there he joined the police force and proudly served in the San Antonio Police Department. Jordon and Jordan met when they were 18 years old and have been together since. In 2019 their daughter Jaylin was born, and Jordon became the best girl Dad.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Coleen and Edward Abroms and Grace and Joe Hammond. Jordon is survived by his wife, Jordan Hammond; daughter, Jaylin Hammond; father, Daniel Hammond; mother, Cindy Hammond; brother, Brandon Hammond; aunts and uncles, Tyler and Kim Larson and Lynn and Ed Abroms; as well as numerous extended family members and a lifetime of friends from his military service and the police department.
